Overall coordination of multiple operational areas and government relations. Oversaw three national events with the participation of over 5,000 triathletes, working in coordination with 11 government departments. Results: Expanded the national race calendar, giving athletes the opportunity to compete across all possible distances. Additionally, secured the South American Championship status for the full-distance event in Mar del Plata.
